The fountain pen is fashionable again

Remember the days when we as kids used to guard our fountain pen like a treasure. Among us,those who owned a fountain pen would be considered fortunate enough and would point that asa reason if the owner had scored better marks in the exam. The fingers and uniforms decorated with ink would function as a reminder of how cleanliness prone one was. And those who owned more than one fountain pen would be labeled as the elite ones of the class.

Those were the days, when using a fountain pen was more than a luxury, it was a necessity.Fast forward to the 21st century, the use of ink pen has more or less become obsolete. We find more and more people tapping away with their fingers on their keyboard or use a digital pen on their smartphones if they wish to communicate through writing. However, the situation is not so grim for the fountain pens. Lately, despite the rising popularity of digitalized writing, fountain pens are making a comeback of sorts among young people.
